After a detailed examination of the REACH regulation, we, SOMMER Antriebs- und Funktechnik GmbH, have come to the following conclusion:
SOMMER Antriebs- und Funktechnik GmbH does not use any chemicals or products during the entire production process. SOMMER also does not manufacture any chemicals or the like. A pre-registration REACH-registration according to REACH regulation is therefore not necessary for SOMMER.
However, SOMMER Antriebs- und Funktechnik GmbH is aware of its obligations under the REACH Regulation and will comply with the obligation to disclose information on substances and articles as laid down in Article 33 of the REACH Regulation in the event of such an occurrence. Our suppliers are informed and obliged by the updated purchase contracts of their obligation to cooperate within the supply chain.
