230 V with frequency converter

SOMMER frequency converters are always permanently mounted on the operator and precisely adjusted to it. SOMMER has been able to avoid the use of complex heat dissipation up to an output of 1.1 kW. This saves space and simplifies installation of the operator. These frequency converters can be adjusted and programmed with the plain-text display of the GIGAcontrol A automatic controller.

Frequency converter operation is ideal for smooth door movement thanks to the soft start and soft stop.

230 V with integrated dead man control unit

The GIGAcontrol T+ offers the convenience of an integrated control unit for our operators with the added option of upgrading for automatic mode.

Using the control unit integrated into the operator, the standard electronic limit stop system can be set from the ground with any conventional triplex sensing device. The innovative controller technology means no logic is required in the sensing device. The door can be moved in both directions by dead man operation or in the OPEN direction in automatic mode.

The one-piece gear housing made of die-cast aluminium is fitted with special bronze worm gears. The operator is lubricated for life with a specially selected lubricant. The electric motor with constant speed ensures long life and low-vibration and low-noise operation in all assembly positions. All GIGAsedo operators can be easily rewired for 3~230V.
